  • Nautilus Aviation takes the protection of our customers and staff seriously and ensures the collection and storage of personal information comply, without exception, with Australian Privacy Laws (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)), Australian Privacy Principles and where applicable, EU General Dara Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Information provided to Nautilus Aviation is for purposes such as: to confirm a flight or tour; to verify a booking with partnered service providers; to provide customer support (e.g. to respond to enquiries, complaints and compliments); to comply with safety and legal requirements; to provide information regarding updates and offers (along with opt-out/unsubscribe options for further communication); to improve our products and services.
  • Nautilus Aviation collects information directly from individuals by a number of means, such as: phone, face-to-face, website or email enquiries and reservations; questionnaires, customer feedback forms and third party providers.
  • On occasion, Nautilus Aviation will collect information about our customers from a third-party, such as: travel agents, booking agents or individuals making flight bookings on our customer’s behalf (inclusive of when enquiries are made without booking confirmation); our partnered service providers e.g. tour providers and coach transfer companies; third-parties engaged for marketing leads and apps such as SafeVisit; and Government, law enforcement and regulatory services.
  • On occasions when personal information is provided by a third-party, it is the responsibility of the third-party to advise the individual that their information was provided and to provide a link to our website Privacy Policy.
  • Nautilus Aviation’s third-party service providers have their own terms and conditions, privacy and data collection policies. For this reason, Nautilus Aviation is not liable for their acts, omissions or privacy practices and recommends our customers carefully review the terms and conditions and policies of each.
  • Customer information collected and held depends on the type of booking or interaction exchanged and may include all or some of the following: name; title, email address; contact numbers; bank account details; dietary requirements for tour packages including lunch; pick-up/drop-off addresses; individual body weight for aircraft loading purposes; customer feedback; website and email enquiries; and internet data gathered from enquiries and bookings made online on our website.
  • Nautilus Aviation’s website collects information to assess the performance of the website and for statistical purposes. Any information captured is unidentified and only includes the number of users visiting the site, user origin, traffic and referral sites. Nautilus Aviation does not seek to identify any collected data.
  • When using our website, ‘cookies’ may be used to identify users. Types of data may include IP addresses, cookie identifiers and website activity that are collected for targeted advertising.
