Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions, all clients body and luggage weights must be advised for the reservation to be confirmed. Should the clients advised weight vary by more than 10% for any individual, the right is reserved to refuse carriage on that flight.
One (1) child under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardians lap. Children three and over pay full fare.
Quicksilver Helicopters carry full insurance including Public Liability Insurance of $10,000,000.00.
Bookings on tours will be confirmed on a minimum of two passengers.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive a 100% refund.
All reservations will be held only if full pre-payment has been received in Australian dollars, unless credit facilities have been previously arranged.

Introductory Divers: A client wishing to conduct an introductory dive at the Outer Reef Platform must Cruise/Fly to receive their onboard dive briefing.
Certified Divers: A client wishing to conduct a certified dive at the Agincourt Reef site must Fly/Cruise to ensure they stay within dive and fly regulations.
Due to time restraints, there is a maximum of one dive per person.
