Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions, all clients body and luggage weights must be advised for the reservation to be confirmed. Should the clients advised weight vary by more than 10% for any individual, the right is reserved to refuse carriage on that flight.

Infants Rate Policy

One (1) child under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardians lap. Children three and over pay full fare.

Insurance

Quicksilver Helicopters carry full insurance including Public Liability Insurance of $10,000,000.00.

Minimum Passenger Numbers

Bookings on tours will be confirmed on a minimum of two passengers.

Payment

All reservations will be held only if full pre-payment has been received in Australian dollars, unless credit facilities have been previously arranged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive a 100% refund.

Dive Policy (For Quicksilver Helicopters Only)

• Introductory Divers: A client wishing to conduct an introductory dive at the Agincourt Reef site must Cruise/Fly to receive their onboard dive briefing.
• Certified Divers: A client wishing to conduct a certified dive at the Agincourt Reef site must Fly/Cruise to ensure they stay within dive and fly regulations.
• Due to time restraints, there is a maximum of one dive per person.
